Overview
With the increase interests in web driven applications, the government agencies in Saudi Arabia are starting to provide their services using the Internet as a backbone. All the government services are now starting to register their services through Yesser e-government program. Moreover, there are other services provided by third parties such as Sadad and Muqeen services which link government agencies with the public using web services. Using these services accelerate businesses' transactions and raise productivity by reducing the resources and time required to use any service.
What we Offer
In order to use the e-government services, one must comply with the standards imposed by the e-government program. These standards are based on the WSDL specification for web services. Thus, the environment must be prepared by implementing a web service stack that allows business to consume the e-government service. This requires a deep understanding of the web services specifications and configuration. Subsequently, businesses must expose part of their systems to the Internet to be able to connect to the e-government servers which introduces security risks to information systems.
Through Sketch’s experience with the e-government program, it provides businesses with all the support needed to allow systems to communicate with the e-government services. Specifically, Sketch enhances business environment by:
- Preparing the infrastructure needed for information systems in order to be able to consume the e-government services.
- Customizing information systems to consume specific e-government services.
- Handling security risks introduced to business environment by implementing safeguard measures that limit the access to systems by unauthorized parties.
